Return & Exchange Policy
At Venixa, we are committed to providing you with premium quality and artisanal craftsmanship. Since our collections are highly exclusive and produced in limited quantities, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
1. Exchanges
- Size Issues: We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Stock Availability: Since our pieces are limited editions, an exchange for the same design is subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, you may choose an alternative article of equal value or receive a store credit.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for exchange, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or Faulty Items: We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
- No Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” once an order has been processed.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable).
